What owners ask us.
Does every person need a separate login for each project?+
No. Each person has one login. The owner links them to as many projects as needed and picks their role on each one — a site manager on one project can be view-only on another.
How do client logins work?+
The owner creates a username login for the client and links it to their projects. One client with three houses uses one login. Access closes automatically when all their projects are completed, or on a date you choose.
Who can see costs and the budget?+
The owner and anyone given Full access or Site manager on that project. Site engineers record expenses but never see the budget. Clients only see their contract summary, never your internal costs.
Does it work where the signal is weak?+
Yes. Expenses and daily reports save on the phone as you type, and photos wait on the phone until there's signal, then upload by themselves.
Can we pay with JazzCash, Easypaisa or a bank transfer?+
Companies in Pakistan pay in rupees by bank transfer or Raast today, with JazzCash, Easypaisa and cards switching on as gateways are approved. Companies outside Pakistan pay in US dollars.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?+
Nothing is deleted straight away. After a short grace period the account becomes read-only so you can still export everything. You can ask for a full export at any time.
