Who we serve
ConstructSync is sold to construction companies. The company owner accepts these terms for their company and is responsible for the staff and client logins they create.
Trial and subscription
New companies get a free trial. After it ends, a paid plan is needed to keep adding records. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
Payments
Companies in Pakistan are billed in PKR and pay by bank transfer, Raast or supported wallets and cards. Companies elsewhere are billed in USD. An account activates once payment is confirmed.
Late payment
If a renewal is missed, the account enters a short grace period and then becomes read-only. Data is not deleted while the account is read-only, and the owner can export everything.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful content, attempt to access another company's data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do, with the reason recorded.
Liability
ConstructSync is a record-keeping tool. Construction decisions, payments and approvals remain the responsibility of the company using it.
