What we store
Company details, the owner's email, usernames and names of staff and clients, and the project records, photos, videos, voice notes and documents your team uploads.
Who can see it
Only people your company owner has given access to. Company data is isolated from every other company at the database level. The ConstructSync operator cannot open your projects unless the owner grants temporary support access.
Passwords
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Nobody — not the owner and not ConstructSync — can read them.
Where it lives
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (database, file storage and email). Files are private and opened only through short-lived links.
Keeping and deleting
Records stay while your account is active or read-only. When a company closes, records and files are deleted after a 30-day notice, and backup copies expire within 12 months.
Your requests
Owners can export all data at any time. People who leave a company can ask the owner to blank their personal details.
